Tarndwarncoort is home to Australia first breed of sheep. The Polwarth was developed to suit the Otways climate in the 1880s and now grows in similarly wet environments around the world.
​Wool yarn and hand-crafted garments made from Colac-Otways own breed of sheep - Polwarth.

Find commercially processed, as well as hand dyed, hand spun yarns to make something warm.

Colac Otway Arts Trail respectfully acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land - Gulidjan and Gadubanud peoples of the Eastern Maar Nation Ancestors and Elders, past, present and all First Nation’s people of this country
