Studio Forrest will be open in Forrest over Easter for the Arts Trail

Locked down - Resilience & Fragility
An exhibition of work completed during 2020 lockdown when Studio Forrest artists were physically distanced.
Supporting each other and combatting isolation by keeping connected through zoom, the artists were able to complete a range of works including a postcard project.
Also incorporating a display of 'Out My Window' small canvas community competition.
They will also have an outside display "Going with the flow"

Studio Forrest is an arts initiative aimed at developing collaborative and individual artwork on selected themes.
The group is predominately peer led, focusing on skill sharing rather than a teacher/student model although some workshops relating to the theme may be offered.
Participants have the opportunity to explore different mediums and be involved in group exhibitions and activities and work from a studio space at the Community Hub precinct in Forrest.
.Elaine will be opening her pottery studio each weekend of the arts trail.
Elaine's work can also be seen in the window space at Bromfield street Colac near Super Cheap auto

Date: 2 April - 18 April
Children from seven primary schools in the Colac region will create their own art trail and display their art work on school fences.
Showcasing over 26 local artists & musicians who will be performing, demonstrating and have work to view and for sale.
Special features include Wildhoney Performing Arts and Mural Demonstrations.
