The night gardeners Small soft sculptures; re-cycled fabric, embroidery Inspired by the signage & map here in the “eucalypt bed” noting the flora and the eucalypts, one only found here in the Otway’s ; the presence and connection to the “grey-headed flying-foxes” that rest “camp” during the day in here the gardens.. flying out nightly, doing what they were created to do. The fairies Assemblage, found objects from nature and clay fired objects Inspiration came from these beautiful gardens & imagination “a bit whimsical”, of course there is always fairies in a garden so hard to find. So, I placed them somewhere obvious for you to enjoy and imagine too!
